New Orleans is one of my most favorite cities to travel to. I always feel like I’m in another country when visiting. Brick roads, wrought iron fencing, beautiful and unique architecture. It’s something new every time I visit. Here are some highlights from our trip.
We found this amazing vintage junk shop called Greg’s Antique’s and Other Junk. Look at these great signs I found.
We took a few street cars over to Audubon Park. It was really pretty but I think the prettier trees are at City Park. (next visit, for sure!)
Walked around Jackson Square and checked out vendors, shops and the scenery.
Look at these beautiful buildings. The wrought iron fencing, ivy and plant life, the colors. It’s all so pretty to me.
I’m a little obsessed with the doorways in town. So many eclectic styles and colors.
We didn’t get to go on a Swamp Tour like I had wanted, nor did we visit a lot of restaurants we had in mind but we had a blast and that’s what counts the most.
I always leave a little piece of my heart in New Orleans. Such a beautiful city.
