We decided to hang out in Ohio City and visit The West Side Market and have dinner at Market Garden Brewery. The West Side Market had its centennial celebration recently and is an institution on the west side of Cleveland. Always fun to people watch, grab a snack, or do your grocery shopping.
After the visiting the Market we had dinner at The Market Garden Brewery next door. I ordered the Cheddar and Potato Pierogies with shaved red cabbage, polish kielbasa, onions, herbs and creme fraiche and N ordered the Brisket Burger that had braised brisket, 1/2 lb beef patty, white cheddar, fried pickled onion, bbq aioli, greens on an egg bun.
The food was good and this visit we were seated in the lower level which had a different feeling from the upstairs. Lots of wood and unique lighting. A few tables and a bar. Very cute. Not a place we eat often as the pricing is a bit in the mid-high range but always a treat.
